Description:

Hi Everyone,

In ye olde vintage times, families would prepare and send 'Christmas Letters' to friends and family near the end of year to share highlights from the year and share family news. Things like milestones for the kids, new jobs, health updates, special memories, pet updates, family traditions and holiday plans, recipes, passings, etc. Anything worth noting that occurred in this calendar year would go into the annual Christmas Letter. (Remember this was before Facebook, etc!)

For this swap, we will be writing a 2 page Christmas Letter for our partner detailing highlights from our year. You can even include a few special photos if you like, as well. You may decorate your letter paper or use stationery if you like, though it is not required. The key part of this swap is the letter you write. If you receive a 2 page Christmas Letter from your partner, then your rating should be a 5 with hearts discretionary.

Happy Swapping!

This sounds fun, I wish I could join.

I like the idea but honestly I think 2 pages is a few to tell what happens in 1 year! Of course, we can write more than 2 pages but by my experience people on swap bot don't especially like writing letters and don't put a lot of efforts in them. What you call a letter, I call it a note. I like writing and reading letters but I've been dissapointed by letter swaps too often... I have to think before to join...
