Description:

I thought it would be fun to do a series of techniques to use on ATCs. Here is #2 in the series, Fabric Scraps.

This ATC swap is for creating a little work of art showcasing FABRIC SCRAPS! This may be the background or an element on your ATC.

Gather together your little scraps of fabrics and fibers and create something fun.

Send 1 ATC to 1 partner. Sender's choice on subject.

Create any style you like as long as it measures 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". For this swap, you may use a sturdy background OR do it all in fabric for a lighter card. Be sure to put the name of the swap, date made, and your swap-bot name on back of card.

Embellishments of your choice.

Make something to be proud of, something truly artistic! (Of course, no sticker slapping or poorly printed pictures!!)

I've got loads of fabric scraps, never thought of using them in an ATC.

@Itti - It's hard to tell from the photo, but the background for these was all little tiny bits of fiber and fabric that I stitched to a muslin backing and then covered with a piece of sheer fabric to turn it into the backing for the heart. I hope you have fun with this!
