I'm on a strictly controlled diet, so please no snacky foods either. I can have flavored coffee and tea though. Flavored coffee is my way to get a sweet tasting treat since I can't have chocolate or candy anymore. :) I also love all sorts of lip gloss and flavored lip balm. Anything kitchy is cool too like Hello Kitty, Kawaii stuff or anything cutesie. 8. Is there anything else your partner needs to know? I have cats and dogs that come in the house. So please, if you get partnered with me and have pet hair allergies, please let me know and I will bag your yarn directly from the LYS so that there is no chance of any pet hair coming in contact with it. They aren't allowed anywhere near my yarn...but pet hair magically travels, it seems. :)

  1. What small projects do you enjoy knitting??
I really Enjoy knitting Socks. They are my favorite small project and i find them very easily portable.

    2. Are there any colors you don't like?? I Seriously do not like Orange. I never have. Yellows can be lovely but are often pared with oranges. Most colors are lovely, but i just really do not like orange. so.....No orange please. Thank you!
    3. What type(s) of yarn do you prefer? I prefer natural fibers. Wool is always nice but i'm open to any natural fibers. Blends are always fun too. Natural fiber blends with a small (no more than 25%) amount of synthetic fiber is just fine too, and i will be pleased with almost anything i recieve, i would just prefer natural fibers.
  2. Do you have any allergies that your partner needs to know about? Well i'm allergic to scallops, but i've only had shellfish come up once in a yarn blend, and it didn't hurt me. So just please don't pack my swap right after eating a plate of scallops without washing your hands. lol.
  3. Is there anything that you don't want to receive in your kit package? nothing that i can think of
    1. If your partner includes any extras in your package, what little items do you enjoy? Survey:

  1. What small projects do you enjoy knitting??

I knit washcloths, hats, scarves, mittens, fingerless gloves, and am working my way up to socks.

  1. What colors do you like?

Red is my all time favourite colour. I tend towards jewel tones - deep rich colours, and have greens and blues and purples in my stash too.

  1. Are there any colors you don't like??

I'm not much on pastels, or yellow based colours.

  1. What type(s) of yarn do you prefer?

I work best with worsted weight yarns, but have been working with sock yarns recently too. As much as I love the look of the lace weights, I'm just not quite there yet.

  1. Do you have any allergies that your partner needs to know about?

The really scratchy wools make my skin prickle, but that doesn't apply if it's not directly touching my skin - hats, bags are fine with any kind of wools.

  1. Is there anything that you don't want to receive in your kit package?

I don't use candles at all, they make me sneeze. I also don't like anything with artificial sweeteners, and don't enjoy cherry/wintergreen flavouring.

  1. If your partner includes any extras in your package, what little items do you enjoy? (coffee, tea, lip balm, etc. Extras over the minimum requirements of the swap are NOT required, but can be sent if you and your partner choose to include extra items)

I definitely use lip balms, I grab one every time I leave the house. I like all kinds of teas, and hot chocolates, but not coffee. I really like to try different regional variety snacks/lollies/candies. If there's something that's special and different to your region, I'm willing to try anything, even if you think it's an acquired taste - I've been able to try some really interesting foods that way!

  1. Is there anything else your partner needs to know?

I have 3 cats and I try to keep them out of the stash, so animal allergies are not a problem sending to me. If you have any questions, just give me a shout, thanks!

Weird! I copied and pasted, and it gave every question the number (1), sorry about that!
