Description:

This is a swap for a handmade Fairy jar with an Easter theme. Your Fairy (no tinker bells please,) can be next to a bunny or have easter eggs in the grass etc. There are many ways to make these cute little jars but use your talent and creativity to make yours unique. The jar should be 1/2 quart to 1 quart size (no baby jar sizes) canning jars work very good. Its your choice on size. No Newbies,(sorry, not this time!) you must have at least 45 swaps under your belt done and I dont want any disapointment to anyone so experience counts here. US ONLY due to size and shape being tricky to mail. Any questions email me. Happy Swapping!

Yea! I love these! I already make them as gifts for people so this will be fun!

great to have you join!

Question: What do you use as the "seat" or stand for the fairy? I have all the other parts down, but can't figure out a good way to keep her upright. Any ideas or tips on what you all use? Thanks!

I hot glue her little butt down. :) Mine are usually standing so I glue her feet to the bottom. I have used mushrooms I made from polymer clay too. What about a piece of plastic fruit? And hot glue her little butt to that. :)

I would love to join but don't have 45 swaps yet so I will just hope that this one gets done again sometime in the future when I do.

I agree with crosswind, I just joined a couple days ago and have only signed up for 2 swaps so 45 seems like a LONG way away. How often do you do this swap?? I'm so intrigued by it!!

Hey, crosswind, if you want to e-mail me at [email protected] maybe we could try one and just send to each other to get practice???
