Dex Card: Halloween or Dictionary Day

October hosts Halloween on the 31st but is also Dictionary Day on the 16th. Let's create a Dex card representing either Halloween or something with Dictionary paper attached (or both, you could use dictionary paper in a background layer for a Halloween Dex)

Please be sure to use a sturdy Dex base. Be careful of things hanging off the sides or top. Ask your partner their storage preference or check the Group Forum to see if they've told us already. For example" myself, I store in a tray so taller things are fine but going off the sides of the Dex won't fit my system.
