Description:

Look for Vocabulary Swap- OCTOBER- International if you're interested in an international postcard swap.

I love to learn new words and then to share them with others. This swap is a chance for us all to do this for one another. Write that new vocabulary word on a postcard and send it to a fellow swapper.

For this swap, you will send one (1) naked (stamped, not in an envelope) postcard of your choice (sender's choice) to one (1) partner. On the postcard, you will write the name of the swap, your name, and word + definition that you enjoy using or find interesting.

1 naked postcard to 1 partner with 1 interesting word plus its definition.

This is a US-based swap, BUT the word does not have to be in English. (Look for the international swap if that's your preference.) You may wish to define it in English for your partner, but if you speak another language and have a word therein which you enjoy, please share.

Postcard type: any kind of postcard is acceptable, as this is sender's choice, but please send a postcard that you would be glad to receive.

Who can participate: Newbies welcome. No unexplained 1s in the past 6 months. We're all here to have fun.

Quick swap turn-around, so go ahead and fill out the postcard once you join. :)

I will angel this swap if you've attempted to contact your partner, heard nothing (after a reasonable time), and rated a 1. Please remember the mail is very slow right now.
