YTPC: Paper Bag Journal US ONLY

Hi swappers!

Let's LOOSELY follow Pam's tutorial, found HERE and create a paper bag journal for our partners.

Please notice 'loosely' in the description, meaning you should generally follow the idea of the tutorial, while creating with your own measurements and style. Also, if you don't have modeling paste (or don't want to use it), any type of embellishment on the front will be fine.

The absolute requirements are:

• use a paper bag as the journal cover

• include at least 12 pages

• finished journal measuring a minimum of 6"x8" (larger is fine)

I just love the crinkly paper bag as the cover ;+) All your pages needn't be blank; however, if one side of a page is printed, the other side should be plain-ish. That should give plenty of room for actual journaling.

Pam does not treat the inside pages in any way; please DO treat each inside page in some way. You might do something as simple as a rubber-stamped or stenciled image or a pocket, tuck spot, embellished envelope, or fancy paper clip. These are not your only options; be creative.

You may bind in your own style or use the binding option Pam shows. IF you use fewer than 25 pages , your sewing machine might work.

Pam completes hers in 25 minutes! I could not do that, but it seems simple enough for everyone to enjoy, no matter your comfort level with making journals. Hope you'll join in the fun!
