International. You must have a reliable mail service and can expect mail to arrive within 5 weeks.

• 1 deco booklet for one partner.

• New or established.

• Any style of deco -- pamphlet, one-sheet origami-style deco, ICM deco, ATC-size, etc. as long as it's a book-style and art-style deco. Binding that consists of the cover and pages attached in one corner is not a book-style deco.

• "Because we focus on the art on AMA...please no more than 1 sticker on any mail art created for our group. Labels, stick-on embellishments, and scrapbook items are not considered stickers and may be used freely."

• Established decos: Check that your partner hasn't already filled a page.

• New decos: Decorate the front and back pages (covers). Include your mailing address and email on the back of the cover so your deco can be returned to you when complete. Or just your email and a note to email you for your current mailing address.

• Include your username

• The deco should be lettermail thickness. If thicker check with your partner to see if they don't mind dealing with extra postage.

• No blank comments.

• When rating your partner please mention the theme of the deco, and who created the deco. Example: "Thanks for sending user396's 'Cute Cats' deco." or "Thank you for your 'Purple' theme deco."

What is a deco?

A deco is sent around from artist to artist. Each person that receives the deco will decorate one page according to the theme of the booklet (if there is one) and put their contact information and name/username on their entry. Typically, each entrant in the “deco” must use one side of a page to express themselves.

The deco should be lettermail size (takes a first-class forever postage stamp) and hopefully stay lettermail size so no thick embellishments please. Only a few pages to fill, ideally 4-6 pages.
