For this swap you will make a mini magazine collage book or glue book for your partner. What is a glue book or collage book? A glue book is a journal that you can make or buy that gives you a place to make collages and display your favorite pictures and images. What is a magazine journal? A journal you make using an existing magazine (no book binding required) by covering the pages and gluing items inside. You can use a full size magazine or you can cut a magazine down into a smaller book like we will for this swap. The thinner (the fewer pages) the magazine you choose the better! 60 pages or less would be ideal. It will be easier to cut to size and cheaper to mail. A glue bound magazine is much stronger than a stapled one. Your book should be no larger than 4.5" x 5.5". (Smaller book, cheaper postage!) *Try to make your book with your partners profile in mind, their favorite colors, likes, themes, etc. Decorate the front and back of your book. On the inside front cover include your Swapbot name, this swap name, and date. You don't have to fill the entire journal, but at least fill 8-10 pages. Include a friendly note. You must have a 4.9 rating with no recent 1s or 3s. I will angel if necessary. | |
