Just a nice note from you to them, PLUS one small tuck in - easy peasy! Your notecard can be storebought or handmade, write a short message that will bring a smile to your partner - how are your New Year's Resolutions going? Did you get any snow yet? And send a small flat tuck in that your partner will enjoy (please check profile for dislikes) - a blank pc, a blank notecard + envie, a card of washi samples, a sticker sheet, etc, etc. Please be sure your swap does not go overweight cause no one has time for paying extra postage, lol!
