Complicated Words (Photography) Swap

Thanks to the officers for lots of help working out this idea. This will be a photography swap so you will need a camera (preferably digital) and plan to print your pictures out at Walmart/Walgreens/Etc with something like the Kodak photo kiosk to mail to your partner so that they are printed out in a sturdy fashion for your partners use.

For this swap you will be taking pictures of things you find out in the world.. letters or things that look like letters to build a word. You will have 2 partners and will send 1 word to each partner.

Here are the specific guidelines for the swap:

1. You will have 2 different words and 2 different partners. So choose which partner gets which word, don't send them both the same one.
2. You can take pictures of letters from anything except things that are everywhere and very common. So.. old signs, sidewalk art, clouds, etc would be fine to use... but DOT roadsigns and the newspaper aren't because they are common to everyone.

3. You will send your partner their word (via snail mail) with each letter printed out on 4x6 prints. So each 4x6 should be 1 letter of their word.

   The 2 words for this swap are "create" & "friend"
   

I can set up a flickr group after partners are assigned so we have a place to upload our letters & words after sending to share with everyone in the group.

You have plenty of time before the swap starts so get those cameras out and start shooting!

The fine print:

1. Must be a member of the Complicated Swap Lovers Group
2. No recent 1's, no-sends, late swaps or other wonky behavior
3. Must maintain at least a 4.8 rating (per the group rules)

This is open to international group members as well... photos aren't expensive to send through the mail but please do make sure they are safe.. put something sturdy in with them and mark PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND on the envelope..
