Please be sure to have your surveys sent out by the date, and if something comes up and causes you to be a day or two late in sending, please contact your partners and inform them of this.

If you have not received all your swaps by the deadline, please let me know and contact the person that has not sent before you give low ratings.

But, as it is an email swap, there should be very little delay.

You can copy and paste the questions into a notepad or your email and start them as soon as you sign up. You can do a few a day and it won't be "overwhelming" with the amount of questions. This gives you more then enough time to spend making the answers personal and still get it to your partners before the deadline. =]
