Description:

For this swap, all you have to do is send two zucchini recipes to two swap partners. The recipes can be for anything edible and can be for an appetizer, bread, vegetable dish, entree or dessert, etc. This is sender's choice and we ask that you try to send tried and true favorites. That is four recipes in total that you will send out, two recipes to two swap partners.

The recipes will be mailed out and can be put in any format, it is sender's choice (recipe card, back of postcard, front of postcard, full page, etc). Remember to include the swap name and your name so that your partners knows who to rate.

Rules are that you have no unexplained or recent ones and have your profile filled out.

Zucchini is a courgette, right? It looks like it in the photo, but I thought I'd better clarify...

@cloudsdreamdisordder - thank you for the question and teaching me something new! I had to actually google it, because I had not heard of the term courgette before. The quick answer to your question is yes they are one and the same. According to www.wisegeek.com:

Courgette is the British, and particularly the New Zealand name for zucchinis. People in the UK may refer to courgettes as vegetable marrows. Zucchinis come in many shapes, and a few different colors. People are likely most familiar with courgettes that are long green oblongs, resembling a cucumber. Actually you can find round shapes, and yellow zucchini in many stores. Zucchini is perhaps the best known and most popular of the summer squashes.

We have so much zucchini coming from our garden that I am handing them over to everyone we see. This will help me come up with some newer ideas on what to do with it.
