Description: | |
In this swap you will send 3-5 already "swapped" postcards to 2 separate partners (which means 6-10 postcards total.) Choose your postcards based on your partner's profile, likes and requests. The idea of this swap is to choose postcards that may not be your "cup of tea" but be something that your partner will absolutely love. Already "swapped" postcards includes ANY postcard that has been sent through the mail with a note, stamp or postmark. It MUST have some evidence of being from another person, not just a plain extra sent to you in an envelope. Half of the fun is seeing where it came from and who originally sent it. Also include a note explaining why you choose those postcards. The easiest way would be to send them all at once in an envelope, but you can be creative with your items (i.e. send them separately re-addressed in clear plastic envelopes.) Partners are encouraged to request types of postcards. For example, I would personally love to receive "hand-made or vintage postcards with a nature or artsy theme." Participants MUST have completed at least 10 postcards swaps, or be involved in other postcard exchanging sites like postcrossing. It's important to have a wide variety of collected postcards to choose from. Happy Swapping! |
