True Blue Baby...

I've really enjoyed the color themed swaps I've done lately (pink, purple, and brown). It's enough of a theme to give you a direction, but also leaves you with limitless possibilities...a shopping swappers dream!

So this swap will be all about the blue. Baby blue, true blue, navy blue, midnight blue, periwinkle blue, turquoise blue, robin's egg blue...etc.

This is a US only swap, as it's my first host and I want to get the hang of things before going international.

You will have one partner to send to. You should send a package that keeps true to the blue as much as possible and is worth at least $10 (pre-postage). I know I will be aiming for hearts by tailoring the package based on my partners profile and/or including extra items. I hope you'll aim for hearts too!

Here are some ideas of what you might include in your package:

blue pens or markers, blue notions (buttons, ribbon, fabric, lace), blue socks, blue nail polish, blue note cards, a blue ATC, blue stationary, body products that are blue or in a blue bottle, blue jewlery, blue candy, etc.

Please try to include at least one handmade blue item in your package. That is often my favorite part of a package. If you aren't inclined to get crafty, at least include a hand written letter please.

Be creative and have fun creating a package that only comes around once in a blue moon!

Lastly, please rate your partner accordingly. When you receive your swap, rating them is a great way to let them know you received. If you get $10 worth of blue themed items that are postmarked by 07.11.07, rate them with a 5.
