Ok this one is really simple, you make three ATC's that are of a set. Then you get a set of three from someone else. The theme is RED,WHITE and BLUE, you pick everything else. It doesnt even have to be stamped with patriotic symbols as long as you use our country's colors. No other Colors may be added though! This will only be a state side swap to reduce the cost of shipping.

At first, this looks so easy - but the "No Other Colors" makes it rather challenging! Looks like fun!
