Description:

This is an international european swap as postage should be rather light and you will have 1 partner.

For this swap I'm not going to specify how many items you must send of each item or how many items you must send in general. Use your own judgment. Fill an envelope with various flat items. If you are having trouble coming up with ideas I think I have a list below that will help you out:

  • bookmarks (blank, store bought, or handmade)
  • envelopes
  • stationary
  • used/mint stamps
  • notecards (with corresponding envies)
  • postcards
  • magazine cutouts
  • ATC blanks
  • die cuts
  • stamped images
  • stickers (loose and sheets)
  • personalized address labels
  • swap cards
  • mix CDs
  • pictures/polaroids you've taken or printed
  • paper punches
  • maps
  • paper scraps
  • pieces of fabric
  • comics
  • crafts
  • bookplates
  • journaling pages
  • info cards/recipe cards
  • lucky star papers
  • new or used stamps

Any of these are acceptable and good ideas. I'm sure that I have forgotten some but that's to get you started.

Who can join? Well, newbies are welcome (with a filled out profile and make sure you contact me first) and seasoned swappers are welcome with a 4.9+ rating and no no-sends within the past 3 months.

Please check your partners' profile before you send your envelope though to make sure that you have not included something that they can't stand or really don't want. But please make sure to include your wishes in your profile not in the comments section.

Mostly sender's choice so go ahead and start putting together your envelopes now! My advice for hearts is to cater to your partners' profiles. Or to maybe send a bigger envelope. Or make the envelope pretty on the outside! Or all three.

NOTE: REGULAR SIZE ENVELOPE - 12X18CMS - (OR BIGGER, YOUR CHOISE)

Hello, I'm new. Can someone tell me which size is a type 2 envelope?I've searched the net but I have different versions each time and I don't want to make a mistake on my first swap. Thanks

I'd be asking about the size of the envelope, too. Can you please post it in cm or any other size so I can figure out which one it is? I'd love to join, but right now I'm not sure if I can make it until 22nd November. A send by date of 30th November the latest would help me, then i'd definitely join. It's just a matter of when to get to the post office due to my working hours. :(
