this seems cool! and i love red!! but i actually don't get what "ATC" means, could you explain to me? thanks!

alvey, an ATC is an Artistic Trading Card. Like a Pokemon card, Magic Card or Baseball card...but you create your own art on it. They are 2-1/2" by 3-1/2". You use the theme of the swap to decide what should go on the card. You can draw, paint, collage, scrapbook, add embellishments, glitter, gems, string, fabric...whatever YOU do to create your art. Just make sure what you send is according to the theme. Hope that helps!

@alvey , yep , ATCs are 2.5 x 3.5 inches ... or 6.4 x 8.9 cm The flickr picture is great for the swap, you can make it however you like, as long as it's mainly red.

The difference between ATCs and handmade postcards is the size, that's it ! Handmade postcards are postcard size, while ATCs are smaller.

To make an ATC, just get a thick piece of card and size it to be the right size (2.5" x 3.5") and decorate on that, that's how I do it. You can definitely make it on the computer, as long as once it's printed it fits the size. Also, make sure the ATC is sturdy, not just a piece of computer paper.

Well, this will be manageable! I just made my Red ATC and joined this swap--I'm watching all the others, and joining as I make the ATCs! I love the idea of them all, and the Rainbow one at the end!

Can there be other colors than red, with red as the predominant color? Or should everything be some shade of red?
