I would like to point out that I am bad about checking my swaps to see if everyone has sent. I rely on the ratings to see who should be banned so if you don't rate a one when it is deserved I won't know who to ban. Thanks to everyone for joining my swaps!

Typical - I managed to get my ATCs ready in time for the start of the swap send date and freak weather conditions makes my little town snowbound and unable to contact the outside world! I should point out that I have lived here for nineteen years and have only seen snow here four times before and those only lasted 6 hours to a couple of days.
