This is an e-swap, meaning it's done through email, so it's for everyone. The story behind this swap, and what I'd like you to do: I'm starting to eat a little healthier for various reasons; energy, weight loss, clearer skin.. all kinds of things.. and I only really know how to eat crappy.. so I'd like other people to share their ideas with me, and send me their ideas of what a healthy lunch THEY would eat would include, so it's a lunch menu kind of. Also, you're to send one recipe (if you're sent 2, give your partner a heart, please. They deserve it for that). The recipe can be anything from a unique salad to a low fat soup to some kind of sub sandwich you invented for yourself. Include a list of tips (5-10 of them) of how to keep yourself eating healthy and away from straying to junk foods.
