Altered Dollar Store Item (2)

For this swap you will go to the dollar store (or the dollar section in Target, Michaels or anywhere else) and pick out one item. Then take that item home and alter it somehow. You could alter a journal, or picture frame, or anything else you find. You can use paint, paper, ribbons or any other materials in your alteration. This is sender's choice so please no special requests. The point is to be creative, so make something nice that you would like to receive. The only rules are that the item must be a dollar item and it must be clearly altered. Note that the purpose of the item does not have to be changed (although it could be)--a journal can still be a journal, just a prettier one.

Newbies are OK with a filled out profile. Anyone else must have a 4.9 rating. I will check profiles. If you have late swaps, I'll have to ban you. I will angel this swap or help you find an angel...but please let me know if it is needed. Please don't flake though, because I nag a lot.
