I was browsing through Flikr photos of altered matchboxes and stumbled on this group, the International Championship League of Matchbox Stuffers: http://www.flickr.com/groups/995570@N20/ I was thrilled by the idea and decided to start a challenge here on Swap-bot. The goal is to cram as many found items into a 32 count matchbox as possible. These items should be unique found items that can be used in altered art, matchbox shrines, and assemblages later. The more unique the items the better! NO TRASH! Please decorate your matchbox. Send on to your partner. After you have mailed your matchbox and received a 5 rating the person who has the most items stuffed into their matchbox will win. I will mail out the winning swap partner a 250 count found item matchbox. To sum it up: : Matchboxes should be crammed, but close. Matchboxes should be decorated. Matchboxes should be 32 count or equivalent in size. Matchboxes can not contain trash. One paper item per box please, other paper items will not count. International as this shouldn’t be too heavy. Contact me after receiving your rating to list your score. 4.9 rating or higher and at least 10 package type swaps completed |
