What's a steno pad, please?

are we pimping with paper or fabric or senders choice

A Steno pad is one of those ugly, lined yellow pads (I think). Or maybe just one of those plain, lined white pads. You know, old school, before they made any cute ones!

I thought a Steno pad was the yellow ones also, but they don't have a cover do they??? Is it to be done in a Summer theme? Or profile based? Or senders choice?

Close! They have a spiral at the top. Therefore they open top, not side. and Yes they are ugly.!! Originally they were the notepads that secretaries took dictation in.

Most steno pads are lined in a pale, pale green with a line down the middle (for Gregg) or white (for Pitman). They do have a spiral top. And, yes, they are ugly. But CQs can remedy that problem!

so How much shorthand do you remember, goldilocks?

Mildred, you can pimp with whatever for the steno! Paper, fabric, both, plastic!

I'm sorry I have been so busy this summer I have not had a chance to keep up with this. @knitmom7 I took Gregg shorthand and believe it or not I remember most of it. Every now and then I'll add some to my crafting. Most people think its squiggly decoration - little do they know - it's a message.
