Felted ATC- STILL LIFE

I've been sorting my wool and other fibers, gathering all of the small bits of color into one box and realized I have not used my felting needles in a while. Thank you to all who replied in the forums!

• • I have enough needles and wool/fibers to send up to 10 people that don't have one and/or the other. After sign-ups close, I will send them to you; two needles- one in each size I have and up to five different colored plugs of wool. The length between sign-up and send date will reflect the time neede for packets to reach those who need them. Yes, I will send internationally.

We will be making 2 ATCs, 1 for each of your two partners.

The theme will be STILL LIFE- fruit, flowers, pottery, etc.

1. ATCs must be felted, NOT made from craft felt.

2. Cards can be needlefelted or wet felted. NEEDLEFELTED cards can have a base of fabric(wool or silk make great bases), but the majority of the base will need to be covered with your needlefelting or needled from scratch. WET FELTED cards can be traditionally layered or knitted/crocheted then felted.

3. Be sure to stitch or glue a backing to your card for your info.

4. Which ever technique you use, be careful of your card thickness and overall size. It must fit into a standard card sleeve, 3.5"x2.5".

5. Cards may include embroidery and beads, but your emphasis is on the felting.
