This is a postcard swap for vintage cards sent naked (stamped and written on). This swap is international and you will have 2 partners. The cards must be vintage (not a new card with a vintage image), but can be any theme. Newbies are welcome with a well-filled out profile. However, I will be checking profiles and anyone who looks like they may flake will be banned. side note: I will be out of town for the week preceding the assignment of partners and will get to any questions as soon as I can! Have fun with it!

Sorry to ask a dumb question, but I'm new to swapbot. What is considered "vintage"? How old does the postcard have to be? Thanks so much!

I would say 30+ years old. But I'm no expert, so that's ballpark.

kriegergenealogy. Not a dumb question at all. Postcard collecting is an interesting hobby and there is a lot to learn about identifying categories. Vintage postcards are usually 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 size, rather than the 4x6 size that you find in stores today. Hope this helps.
