Description:
I had one before and I'm having one again as I have loads of stamps to share :) We'll send 2 partners 10 postage stamps each. They can be new or used, just not ripped or dirty. Look at profiles to see if your partner has a preference when it comes to what they're looking for in stamps. At least try to include 1 or 2. I want to say no flakers, but does anyone admit to flaking? :)) But I will say no 3's or 1's in the last year and a 4.8 rating. Newbies are welcome with a profile filled out nicely. Not just a paragraph. I do check profiles before partners are assigned and I reserve the right to boot anyone that looks suspicious!

Do the used ones need to be soaked off from the envelope or can they be cut neatly still on the paper?

Any way is acceptable except for dirty or torn :))
