Color Me Yummy

Our swaps can be so colorful, with all those multi-colored packages and foods; apple crisps, orange tea, mint chocolates lemon candies, fudge, etc. This time we'll put together monochromatic food package.

The food items (and/or the package they come in) have to be the same color. For example, you can send an orange set with mango pudding, orange cookies, passion fruit caramels, sweet potato chips, gummies ( those come in an orange package here in Peru), a small box of kiwicha cereal (the box is orange), etc.

For this swap you:

• Will have 1 partner

• Send at least 3 different items of the same color worth between $4- $5.

• Write a short note about the items you picked.

• Check your partner's food dislikes and allergies.

• Be a member in good standing of the Edibles Group (no overdue tags/swaps, a minimum 4.9, and no recent 1s).

  • Package your items appropriately. Glass items and fragile foods should be wrapped and boxed to prevent breakage. It's a good idea to use a plastic baggie for anything that can leak, melt, or tear open during shipping.

  • Please send items in their original, sealed packaging for health and customs reasons. Be sure to check expiration dates and only send in-date food items that will not expire before reaching your partner.

  • Send and rate on time. On the rare occasion that you may need to send a bit late, please contact your partner AND the swap coordinator before the swap deadline has passed.
