So in other words we send our partner one item from that list in the swaps description, yes? or can it be any stationary item as long as it's pink?

I think she means send all of those items, one each of them. If I'm not mistaken.

Thankyou shabbypink123, that is what I meant--one each of the four things, in the color pink.

can we write a message in the note card or can it be bblank and also is homemade ok for the note card

Lets keep it so that the notecards (and all of the required items) can be used by the recipient. You can add your own note on a pink card or note extra though. Homemade only if it is made in extra good taste and looks like something you could buy at a craft fair or something. Meaning, only something you would use. No cut totally crooked or ink smeared without envelope cards. Sadly I have seen them, but the ones made neatly can be beautiful. Crisp and clean with an envelope is the main thing!

What size of envelope to include all these items? If someone sends letter size envelope. Then, the letter sheets would be bended. It is fair when everyone spends the same postal shipping.

I think it is up to the sender on size. Standard size in US is not always standard other places. I guess send what is standard where we live as individuals. Or use personal choices. It is up to the senders to keep postage down if they need to. If we send just the required items and use common sense on the sizes, it should all work out. If "anyone" has a preference of not having their stationery papers folded, they can request it, but this is not for collectable lettersets this swap, it is for correspondence, so I say folded very neatly is fine. :)

@terracevillage as you start swapping you will see that everyone chooses to package things different so therefore having the same postage will not always happen.

FYI, I mailed my package yesterday, I just forgot to click it off! I'm new at this, it isn't intuitive yet. Sorry!
