Description:
For this swap, you will create one vintage style ATC for two different partners using the "stamp with bubble wrap" technique. This technique is so much fun and the design possibilities are endless. You can google a description of the technique and find many tutorials and examples. You can stamp with gesso, acrylic paints, inks, whatever you want! Be creative with it and have fun! I did Google, but I'm still confused. Do we use bubble wrap as the background glued to an ATC card or just as part of the design? thanks!

OMG, I feel so stupid. The bubble wrap IS the actual stamp, not the medium of the ATC! Okay!! Got it, thanks!
