Sweet Saturday

I am a chocolate lover but open to almost anything. Check out my profile but I only have one big no: anything colored brightly red (I'm allergic to the colours they use, even the fruit coloring!)

I'm a vegan, so that might make things difficult for my swap partner. However, I don't mind if you send things for my husband instead if you have trouble finding things that'll work for me. Is that ok? (He's pretty awesome and mails my swaps for me, so it would be nice for him to get some candy!) Watching for now - don't want to join 'til I know it's ok. :)

Hi Marry, just to make sure everyone knows what it entitles to be a vegan, could you write out what it is you don't eat? I think it is completly okay for you to join being a vegan and even being kind enough to offer the possibility to send to your husband instead/also.

Basically, I eat no animal products whatsoever, so anything with dairy, egg, gelatin, honey, etc, is out. Dark chocolate with no milk products is safe!

Like I said though, I understand that this can be difficult (and involves reading a lot of labels), so feel free to send goodies for my husband (Josh) instead if you have trouble finding things for me, dear partner! He isn't picky, and has no allergies. :)
