In this swap you will make 3 (or more) ATC's with the use of junk mail, and little else. Send at least one to each of your partners. The rules are as following: You can only use: Junk mail from the last two weeks, and whatever junk mail you get during the swap period. No saved up scraps from earlier! Rubber stamps Cutting tools Pens, markers and pencils Glue items Solid colored cardstock No embellishments, glitter, ribbon, embossing, stickers and so on allowed!
