Description:

We all have them, but can never seem to get rid of them in the usual postcard swaps. You know what I’m talking about - Ad cards!

In this simple and quick swap you will be sending 3 (three) partners 1 (one) ad card each.

Wikipedia describes an Ad card as: ‘An advertising postcard, also known as a free card or an ad card, is a postcard which is designed and used to advertise or raise awareness of a company, service or cause.’

Your ad card should be sent naked, which means stamped, with a message on the back (if a space is provided). No envelopes!

Please make sure you write your username and the swap name somewhere on your ad card, and please remember to rate your partner!

This is an international swap, so anyone can join. I would however like everyone to have a well filled out profile, with a rating of at least 4.5.

Newbies are more than welcome to join - we all have to start somewhere! But please have a well filled out profile.

PLEASE - No flakers! It’s not nice! I will angel is necessary, but I hope it won’t come to that.

Any questions, please comment below and I will get back to you asap.

Thank you for taking a look at my swap, and happy swapping!

Most of the ad cards I pick up have a bunch of writing on the back - can I just cover it with a piece of paper for my partners address and my note?

I received a PC in a swap where the person used what looked like metallic paint or nail polish over the printing and wrote on top of it. It may have been metallic marker. It looked cool and was effective. I usually just write around the printing.

user6937 - I reckon it would be fine to cover the writing with paper :D I do like MissPaula's idea too, I bet that looks fab!
