EXTRA For each 10th person that signs up, I will do a drawing and send some lucky person or persons $1q Lottery Tickets from here in PA. I believe you can send winning scratch tickets into the lottery office for the state the ticket came from. There is usually an address on the back.

There aren't addresses on the back of the scratchers... what to do? Haha.
