Description:

Please note this is an international swap. You may end up with someone outside of your country. If you are not willing to mail outside of your country please do not join.

There are so many ATC themes out there that I thought I would like to make a challenge. This is a different kind of ATC Challenge. Size is still standard 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" ATC size.

This is a 1 for 1 swap with 1 partner. I want to let you focus on 1 piece of work instead of worrying about doing three. If this is popular I might look at doing a 3 for 3 later.

The rules:

If you use a paper based material for the card then you can not embellish with paper based material. (ie use a playing card, or watercolor paper for a base and embellish with fabric, beads, ribbon, string, paint etc)

Same goes for the opposite. If you use any paper based embellishments than the base has to be something else (ie. clay, wood, fabric, metal etc)

Or you can go all out and create a card that has no paper on it at all (ie fabric card with ribbon, beads etc)

Anyone that is below a three rating will be looked at and questioned up to 3 days before the end of the swap to see if you would like to fulfill the commitment. After that time people with below a 3 rating will be automatically removed.

This is my first swap with Swap-Bot. Let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I love making fabric ATCs so won't have trouble with that, just worried about getting the address of who I send it too. gidget

Yay everyone! First of all I want to thank everyone that has joined my swap.

I think this will be a lot of fun. I have been emailing the new people and introducing myself to help them along in the process.

Please make sure to upload photos as I would love to see the variety we can come up with.

In a few months I'm going to do an Other than Paper ATC II where you'll have to do one of each scenario. I think it will be a lot of fun as well so keep watch for that.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Happy Swapping! Cherri

Received my swap from Donna P. with a letter of explanation and some extra goodies. thank you so much. I love the swap and the recycled objects that you used. I will try and come up with something worthy of the extras you sent. Once again, thanks.

too bad that some people just can't make the things that they promise, out of the first three swaps that i participated in on swap bot 2 people flaked. i hope the ratio isn't reallly like this for everyone because that would be a drag...
