Description:

This is a HANDMADE postcard swap, the theme of which is "My pet."

You will make 1 postcard for 1 partner. The postcard should be standard sized, 4" X 6" or 4-1/2" X 6-1/2." You MUST use a PHOTO QUALITY picture of your pet for the front of the postcard. You may cover a regular postcard or use a blank card or heavy card stock. If you recycle and want to use a WHITE shirt box or similar material, that's ok, but Please do not use dark colored cardboard or a cereal box. Make something you will be proud to send.

On the back, please tell something about your pet such as name, type of pet, breed, age, behavior, and how the pet came to be your pet. The fun part is that you must write in FIRST person, as if your pet is writing the postcard!

You may embellish the front of the card if you wish (This is sender's choice,) with a border, frame, ribbon, whatever, but the minimum requirement is a photo quality picture. The card is to be sent NAKED. (Sorry, but if you want yours in an envelope, find a different swap.)

Participants must have completed a minimum of 10 Type 2 swaps and have a minimum overall rating of 4.95. I am allowing 3 weeks to send after partners are assigned so I do not expect ANY flakers. This is a fairly simple swap!!!

To ALL Participants. There are only 9 of us in this swap. Of the 9, THREE did not meet the minimum requirements. As the host, I decided to allow them to stay and I will be responsible for ANGELING if necessary. I hope that it is not necessary.

Even newbies need a chance!
