Something in my dreams was telling me to get a penpal and I stumbled into this fun website. I have been a postcrosser since the last decade and that’s something I’m very fond of and have become to make an office postcard art gallery.

I’m formerly a New Yorker who now lives in South Carolina. I’ve also live in Georgia, Florida, and Poland where my dad’s family is from. I live a small town southern life now and engaged to real southern guy. They say opposites attract... He hunts for dinner and I’m a vegertarian lol.

I’m really into making my home warm, inviting, and a place that is like a “staycation”. I have recently painted the walls and do a lot of sprucing up old finds I get at find at thrift shops and auctions.

We have a chorkie puppy who is the cutest baby, but no two legged babies for me yet. My another 4 legged... I would love to get a bunny, or adopt a gray cat, and my fiance wants a pet snake hahah eww. It’s not that I’m afraid of snakes, I don’t like keeping something in a cage and can’t imagine owning anything that is just gonna slither around the house and there is the fear that the snake will see my puppy as a meal lol.

I’m a student working on my degree in cultural studies, and possibly art history. This is my third time in school as I am originally an art school drop out. Then I sporadically went local and got an associates, then ended up in beauty school to be an esthetician/makeup artist (which is what I do atm). You’d think I would have this education thing together by now!! My end goal is to be a teacher or museum coordinator, but I wouldn’t mind becoming a flight attendant also! I love traveling and I could really grow my send-out postcard collection that way :p

Vikings, Game of Thrones, Firefly, Stranger Things, Shameless, Sex and the City, Girls, 90 Day Fiance, Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl (like, don’t judge me by my taste in trashy teen soaps and reality dramas lollll)

Ahh I love so many amazing artists... here are my top pandora stations: Natalie Merchant, Grimes, Stevie Nicks, Aretha Franklin, Ariana Grande, Aurora, Alt-J, Beats Antique, Tinariwen, Lykki Li, and lastly... I know it always sounds really pretentious when people say this, but I really love going to the orchestra and to live opera. Well you don’t need to have a musical background to appreciate the sounds and the energy of such talent, but I used to be a violinist and so there is something really emotionally moving when I hear the sounds of strings. It transports me back to the time I used to play, which is all heart breaking, uplifting, and inspiring to me.

Choosing favorite movies is really hard for me because I watch more than I’d like to admit, but usually fall asleep during them!! So a few I have gotten through that I can remember: Rear Window, Amelie, Practical Magic, Heathers, the birdcage, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, the princess bride
