First and foremost I garden, then dance and next I craft. I sew, paint signs, and am doing some needle felting now.

I collect garden related things, I like old and shabby or kitschy things like gnomes.

I also collect old Scotties, stuffed of figurines, or postcards, any really if they're old.

I have a sterling charm bracelet, and love getting new charms for it, especially if they are pertinent or interesting and unusual.

I live on a small farm and raise rare breed animals. I have turkeys, chickens, quail, ducks, pigs, FAINTING GOATS(!) and a DONKEY! I'd love any collectibles pertaining to turkeys, pigs, and donkeys, I usually prefer old, but if it's really cute or unusual I'll like new. I also keep bees, so honey (not actual honey, but things pertaining to honey) and honey bee things are appreciated.

I square dance, ballroom dance and do ethic German dance. So, I collect square dance things and German things especially edelweiss.

If you really want to make my day give me some unusual or hard to find seeds, flowers or tomatoes, especially if it's out of your garden.

Old = pre 1960

For the funky sock swap: I love socks! I like dark colored backgrounds like black or brown. Don't like toe socks. Prefer midcalf, over the ankle style socks with novelty designs. I love farm animals, bees, hunting dogs, gnomes, florals. Also, love holiday socks. Hot Sox is one of my favorite brands, but their designs aren't as cool as the used to be. There are some of their socks that I've had for close to 10 years! They're only just now wearing out. (I don't care for K. Bell they get nappy too soon.) If you can't find novelty socks any eco socks would be great, hemp, bamboo, etc. There's only one pair of knee highs I'd like and they're really hard (for me) to find, white crochet, or pontille (sp?) knit. Not fishnet. They're to wear with my German dirndl.

I wear a ladies size 9 shoe.

I would absolutely LOVE a pair of hand knit socks, but I realize that's a lot to ask for. :)

I love southern women authors in particular.

I don't watch lots of TV, but I do enjoy some of the dramas like... Carnivale, Sons of Anarchy, United States of Tara, Dexter, True Blood,

I sew period costumes for dance.

I've been experimenting with needle felting and am really enjoying it.

I paint signs and Dutch Hex signs.

DON'T CARE FOR: cutesy, neon colors, girly stuff,

I love Bluegrass music and all rhythmic music. Disco, dance, etc. I like to hear that beat. Don't like rock, hard rock, love songs or ballads.
