I am 41 years old and live in South Africa. I've been married for 10 years and have 3 children. A 7 year old boy and twin girl and boy who is 4. I have my own nutrition business where I help people to live a healthier and active life. This I do in the mornings while the children are at school. In the afternoon I run after children and their activities.
