I want to thank you so much for the lovely seafood cookbook for the WTA tag..I used to live in Maryland, but am now landlocked in Illinois (well, except for Lake Michigan, if that counts...) and I miss being able to get fresh seafood like we used to get....the recipes really bring back memories..I can't wait to try them out!!
