I am freshly married and returning to school. MY newest hobby is finding cheap and unique ways to redo furniture and other things. I began to write about my projects on my blog after many requests! I like things like wooden boxes, old cookbooks, candle holders, and many other things. I do not like ceramic figurines or other things that I cannot alter.

My favorite thing to do is take old things and transform them into something worthy of a before and after photo shoot. I also like to make personalized gifts for friends! I LOVE Mod Podge! I also enjoy those tiny bottles of acrylic paint in different colors, new paint brushes, and did I mention Mod Podge?! I do not crochet or knit, but i dabble in sewing. A good way to get a feel for the types of things I do is my glancing at my blog. I have a project I am working on the requires corks from wine bottles, so if you have any laying around, they are much appreciated.

I have unfortunately narrowed my collection down to a digital copy of my favorite music. I do not collect vinyl or CDs, and I hate clutter. So knowing my music taste is not that important, but I can sum it up with one word...classics.

I love crime, thrillers, murder mystery, and I do tend to read the trendy "teen" books such as Twilight and Pretty Little Liars, but I do not like posters because I am almost 30.

I LOVE Mad Men, The Wire, East Bound and Down, Glee, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, I could go on, but Mad Men is my top choice.

My movie tastes go right along with my book tastes. No need to repeat.

I have two dogs, a golden retriever and a lab, Allie and Jackson, respectively, and one cat, Macy. Postcards, I prefer they be written on and stamped, and I am not picky about the type, as long as they are not ads, unless it is your own personal ad. In that case, it is still personal! I love embellishments and thin paper. I like browns with earth tones, and black with cream colors!

I do not care for religious items, I DO NOT like tea in any shape, form or fashion, and chalk is not my thing. ;) I also cannot stand licorice or watermelon flavored things! YUCK! I love berries, in any shape form or fashion! Also, I have no use for little game pieces or bottle caps.

Wine bottle corks (UPDATE: THANKS TO SWAP BOT, I THINK MY CORK PROJECT IS DONE!), Fat Quarters, Sewing machine accessories, Spools of thread, Notepads, Pens, Pencils, Stencils, Huge advertising stickers, Craft glue, Fabric pieces, Ribbon/Lace, Craft and Sewing Magazines, Craft and Sewing Books, Packing tape, Bubble envelopes for mailing, Sewing notions, Postcards with a handwritten note and real stamp

My husband loves to hunt, he likes fly fishing, and he is a huge sports fan. Here are his favorites: Tennessee Titans, Texas Rangers, and Arkansas Razorbacks! He loves snickers and is a huge chocolate lover! Any types of flies (for fishing) or hunting based pictures would great, oh and he LOVES LOVES LOVES Lowe's home improvement store!
