Hi y'all!

I am Fox, a 35 year old nonbinary crafter, and my pronouns are they/them. I have recently back on swap-bot after a very long break, so I will slowly be joining some swaps.

Apart from crafting I love to write, spend time in nature, play computer games or just relax with a good cup of tea and a TV series. For a living I work in the tech industry.

I usually do paper crafting in my SMASH book/Junk Journal, or I will make some birthday cards for my family. After I watched a lot of Happy Mail videos on YouTube, I realised how fun it would be to take part and exchange happy mail with other people. And that is how I found Swap Bot.

I have made some flipbooks and other pocket-like crafts that could be filled with goodies and I truly enjoyed making these projects, and I would love to find receivers and keep making these.

I am currently trying not to buy new stuff for crafting unless it is from my local thrift store, and getting a variety of supplies by exchanging feels like a more sustainable way for me to continue with this hobby.

Plus, who doesn't like to send and receive snail mail?

These are some of the things I truly enjoy:

• Green - my favourite colour
• Empty labels - I love to use them in my crafting, no matter how small, and if you have rubber-stamps of labels, I would love to recieve any empty labels stamped on craftpaper, vintage bookpaper, homedyed paper, or just plain white printer paper!
• Lemons and other citrus fruits, as a tea flavour, and aesthetically I especially love the contrast between the green leaves and the yellow lemon
• Orange - my second favourite colour
• Nature themed ephemera, especially leaves, trees, mushrooms, fruits/berries and woodland creatures
• Washi samples
• Homemade ephemera - if you make your own tags, labels, journaling cards or anything else I would be a happy receiver!
• Wax seals
• Purple - my third favourite colour
• Black and green tea
• Anything technical themed would be fun, especially if it is vintage or vintage inspired, like die cuts of old phones or stickers with electrical components, or pages from vintage technical books/manuals
• Nature activity themed papers, stickers or die cuts, depicting things like hikers, tents, fishing rods etc.
• Space! Stars, planets, constellations, etc. And scifi inspired things as long as it is not childish. Anything from Mass Effect would make me the happiest person!
• Printed paper and card-stock
• Printed paper scraps, no tiny pieces please, but if it is at least 5x5 cm (2x2 inches) I can probably find some use for it

These are some things that I do not like very much:

• Ginger, especially in drinks so no ginger flavoured tea please
• Coriander/Cilantro
• Walnuts, I am allergic so please don't send me anything that contains walnuts. Other nuts are fine.
• Rooibos tea
• Too much pink, I can enjoy some, but things that are very pink will not be used
• Fashion themed ephemera, I don't have any interest in fashion
• Religious symbols, such as crosses, bible verses and other religious imagery.
