Hello. I'm Jodi and I live in Ohio with my husband and three children. I am a photographer by trade, but have been falling in love with all things mixed media over the past year and can't seem to get enough! I love it all- water coloring, collaging, art journaling, drawing, painting, writing, gel printing. I'm a bit manic at the moment and love to dabble in everything while not really mastering anything. Still, I'm having a blast and nourishing my soul.

I've always loved sending and receiving mail so imagine my surprise when I discovered this website and realized I could combine my love of art with my love of mail! I look forward to swapping with you!

I adore singer songwriters. Jewel is my favorite. I love most styles of music but especially folk, bluegrass, and classic rock.

I am a musician myself and play guitar, piano and flute. I also love writing songs, but go through long periods without writing (I'm currently in one!)

I'll read anything, but lately I read juvenile fiction to see what my daughter is reading. My all time favorite books are It, and The Stand by Stephen King. Lately, I've been reading some non-fiction too.

I like to watch reruns of Seinfeld, and Friends. I also binge watch shows on Netflix like Breaking Bad, Shameless.

I mostly love comedies like Modern Family, Goldbergs, Last Man on Earth.

I love it all. Truly. Sometimes it seems I'm more obsessed with art supplies than the actual craft. I think it is because it is easier to master shopping than painting! Anyway, if in a swap with me, I'd love any of the following:

I don't really know my style yet. I really love dabbling. I have a photography business which I love but I love the freedom art gives me. I don't have to follow any rules or try to make money off of it.

My first perference is for homemade cards (as long as there's some effort involved and not just sticker slapped). I also like colorful, quirky, and artsy postcards. Please use all the blank space to write a message. Tell me about your day or about where you live or about your dreams or about what makes you smile. Anything just again, I appreciate some effort put forth with the message verses just the name of the swap and a quick hello. Finally, don't forget to put where your writing from, the date and the current temperature.
