I'm a skull loving, crafty WAHM of 4. I love black, pink & red, and am partial to Asian & Punk inspired items and designs. I have a bit of a fabric and natural fiber yarn addiction. I am partial to natural fibers, with the exception of mohair. I don't care for synthetics at all.
I am a big fan of red and black, pink & brown, brown & blue combos, as well as rainbows. I don't much care for mohair at all as it makes me itch like crazy. I'm collecting leftover skeins of single ply worsted uruguay merino (malabrigo, 100purewool) for an eventual blanket. I also do tons of diaper soaker knitting for my baby girl Scarlett. My preferred yarn for this is BFL aran or Blackberry Ridge Merino. I'd love to try some bamboo/soy/hemp yarns or any organics.
Really, I am pretty easy. As long as it isn't acrylic or scratchy, I'm good to go. Oh, I have also been on the hunt for a non wool natural fiber soft and easy to knit sock yarn for a short pair of socks for me.
Food wise, we are not vegetarian, but I LOVE vegetarian food, so always looking for great vegetarian or vegan recipes. Especially vegan ones since my son is dairy allergic.
Ministry, NIN, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Nirvana. What a combo eh? LOL.
Wizard of Oz
Heroes!
I love to knit, sew, dye and rubber stamp.
