Update 25/07/2023 Hello everyone! Sorry for being MIA. We had a few difficult months but now I'm back and very blessed to announce that my husband and I are expecting our first baby. We're very excited and both sets of grandparents are excited to spoil their first grandchild!

A little bit about me:

• I am from London, born and bred

• I teach in a Primary School

• I am a vegetarian, though I am eating more vegan food as I have developed lactose intolerance and an intolerance to egg proteins

• I love a good theme (especially kawaii or spooky)

• I was into KPop about 15 years ago so if anyone wants to chat about Korean music hit me up

• My husband and I like traveling around the UK, where I collect postcards

• I love to read! Anyone have a good book recommendation?

I love reading!

I have quite a long commute to work I devour books throughout the week. I usually listen to audio books, but I love collecting my favourite books and I'm starting to get into reading ebooks.

I tend to lean towards fantasy or sci-fi books but I also love some romance!

My favourite books are:

• Harry Potter (but not JK Rowling)

• The Broken Earth Trilogy by N K Jemison

• Kraken by China Mieville

• The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang

And many more!

I have more than I will ever be able to use but it's always nice to receive something in the post :)

I like:

• all colours and themes

• animals

• cute things/kawaii

• tea (but not rooibos or licorice)

• book recommendations

• vegetarian/vegan recipes

• washi stickers

• long letters and penpals

• feminist art

• knitting or crochet patterns, especially for baby knits

• hindu art/iconography
