❗️ About my 3: The first time I sent it got lost in the mail system. Got rated a 1 for not receiving. Then I send the second time, all criteria of the swap met and the partner enjoyed the items, but just rated a 3. I don't think it's a fair 3 because I did all I could to get the swap done. Troubles with mail happen and are out of our control.

My name is Lúcia and I live in Portugal. I have some penpals and also enjoy sharing crafts and paper goodies on Swap-Bot.

I also love crochet, embroidery and cross stitch. Sometimes I try to add cross stitch to my paper crafts, I think it is so cute.

The main reason I'm joining Swap-Bot is to have fun creating while having the opportunity to really brighten someone's day. And also to test myself out of the box with like minded crafty people.

To Europe: 7 to 10 days

To USA: Between 2 to 3 weeks

To Canada: Between 3 to 4 weeks

To Asian Countries: Between 3 weeks and a month

I will only rate after I saw and read everything with attention and care, so if it takes a minute it's just because of that.

The things I usually dislike are:

• Postcards with ads

• Bookmarks that are ads

• glitter anything, even if it his glitter washi

• die-cuts

• scented things, like scented paper or stickers

• cosmetics

• foods, snacks or anything edible (except teas of course)

• temporary tattoos

• children/kid themed stationery in general

• anything religious or political

❌ Themes I usually dislike: celebrities, sports, girl power, leopard print and makeup or shoes related.

Disliked colours: Fluorescents, hot pinks, purples

The Lord of the Rings is a masterpiece for me, I try to read it every year since I was in college. And I also grew up with Harry Potter so that world has a special place in my heart.

J. R. R. Tolkien, Jane Austen, Artur C. Doyle, C. J. Sansom, Juliet Marillier, Stephen King, Harper Lee and Richard Adams are some of my favourite authors.

In movies I tend to seek more psychological thrillers, horror (also the more psychological and mystery type not the jump scares type), fantasy and I particularly enjoy everything made by Studio Ghibli, being Spirited Away one of my favourites.

Series: Haunting of Hill House, The Office, True Detective, Alias Grace, Scrubs, Penny Dreadful, Star Trek: TO, Star Trek: NG and Star Trek Deep Space 9.

Tv Shows: RuPaul's Drag Race (Bianca del Rio and Trixie Mattel are some of my favourites) and Nailed It.

Anime: Comboy Bebop, Hajime no Ippo, Lovely Complex, Toradora, Ouran H. Host Club, Fruits Basket, Psycho Pass, Gravity Falls, Infinity Train, Over the Garden Wall and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

I listen to a lot of things... from Classical, Death Metal, Rock, Pop, Lo-fi... at the moment I am listening a lot to:

• Ghost
• Blind Guardian
• LotR soundtrack (perpetually listening to this one while I do chores or craft)
• The Black Dahlia Murder
• Billie Eilish
• Lana del Rey

And I listen to the podcast My Favourite Murder a lot! I'm a murderino for sure 🤟 Oh, and also Ologies by Allie Ward. Because we need to stupid questions to smart people to keep on learning stuff.
