Hi, I am Stacey. I am the mother of 4 children and the wife of a very amazing and supportive man! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I used to be a special education teacher. I am also an artist interested in many different mediums. I think painting is my favorite. I try to swim most days...indoors in winter. I am also a hopeless foodie...to me it's another way to express myself! I love to garden and watch all kinds of movies...especially good scary movies. I'm happiest when at home with me little people or on the beach down south. I look forward to the different things I can do on swap bot!

I am excited about swap bot. My original intention was to seek out a pen pal. There is something beautiful about a hand written letter. I remember when I was a kid that getting mail was exciting. Now it's just a drag....lots of commitments to be met. Out sole communications are digital. So here is my attempt to bring some tangible communication to my life.

I have recently started looking into zentangle for a means of meditation. I have a health condition involving my heart...my doctor wants me to mediate every day. So I enjoy mixing it up. Swimming is probably my favorite way to lose myself. I recommend the meditation to anyone and would be open to questions if anyone has any. It has really made quite a surprising difference in my life..in many areas.😄
