About Me

I am a mum to two young children and I love sewing, quilting, making bags, knitting and crochet.
I have been sewing since I was 8 years old, so around 30 years.
I have lived my whole life in South Australia and I love it.

Favorite Crafts

I love to make gifts for other people and I love making bags.
I love appliqué quilts and strip quilts and I am working on a couple of tripalong quilts at the moment. I also love to make small animals, especially the RicRac patterns by Jodie Carlton.

Favorite Books

I love children's books and am studying to be a children's librarian. My favourite author for children's books is Margaret Mahy. I love The Wombles and Pippi Longstockings for reading aloud to children.

Favourite Colours and Designer

I love the colour purple. I usually combine it with green and silver.
I love The Ghastlie range of fabric but also like Cinderberries range of fabric.
I love Ed Emberly too and the Acorn Trail and Fort Firefly ranges from Birch Fabrics
