MY FAMILY: I am married (2nd marriage going on 20 years); I have 3 adult children; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. My family means the world to me! My kids are ages 38; 36; and 19... I have grandkids from the ages of 10 to 23! Also have my little great-grandbabies that are so sweet and love to take pics of them! Rory is 4; Abigail is 2; and Kevin is 1... The grands are active in sports so do a lot of layouts with football, basketball, wrestling and gymnastics... I also love animals and we have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 horses. I take lots of pics of them, esp my little Shihtzu, Buster. He's my "baby" and sometimes I forget he's not human! lol I am a Christian and active in my small rural Baptist church. I do the church bulletins each week as well as keep up our church website.

FAVORITE MUSIC: I love country, most of it anyway... also like gospel and praise music. Like some oldies but not the hard rock or stuff like that

FAVORITE BOOKS: I am an avid reader! I go to the library every week and check out at least 5-6 books.
I love reading inspirational romance; historical romance; a good mystery, if it's not real gory... mainly just good clean chick stuff!

FAVORITE MOVIES: I haven't been to the movie theatre in years actually. I do watch quite a few on satelite tv, though... I mostly love "chick-flicks"! I watch a lot of Hallmark movies as well as Lifetime. I just watched two good ones last night: (kinda old ones) "Mr. Holland's Opus" and "Broken Bridges" (starring Toby Keith)...both were great movies!

CRAFTING LIKES: I do a lot of scrapbooking and card making... I love using lots of fun embellishments: ribbons, brads, metals, buttons, bling, stickles, glimmer mist, flowers... don't use a whole lot of stickers anymore, unles they're something special. I do have a cricut expression, so use this a lot in my scrapbooking, and especially card making. I just bought a bind-it-all before Christmas, so am trying to learn to use it and look forward to making fun things! I love homemade items, as long as they are made with love and not just thrown together! I make a lot of albums as gifts, esp mini-albums and shaped albums. For card swaps: I don't do Valentine's Day, Halloween, and the non-traditional holidays like Groundhogs Day, ect... anything else I would love! I enjoy seeing other people's work and I also do a lot of "scrap-lifting" and making cards from sketches...

CRAFTING DISLIKES: I really don't like flat stickers, like I said, unless they're something special. Other than that, I'm not that picky!

SEWING AND QUILTING: I don't sew as much as I used to, but would love to get back into it! I have quite a bit of fabric stashed, and just bought some different fat quarter sets, so am anxious to get back to quilting, as well. Love to trade fatquarters and quilt blocks. used to do that a lot. Also have a lot of quilt block patterns that I would love to share or trade!

I am new with swap-bot and trying to figure it all out! :) I would mostly like to do small swaps or one on one swaps... to the USA as income is limited...

I LOVE jewlry! (just joined a jewlry swap)... I have tons of ear rings, necklaces, bracelets, ect., so thought it would be fun to share and receive from other people! I DO have peirced ears.. I especially love butterfly jewlry!

I will add more to my profile as I learn what to do! Be patient with me! I am a dedicated scrapper/swapper and won't let ya down!

MY WEBSITES: My etsy store...I've had it for awhile but just now FINALLY listed a few items! Take a look and see if there's something you'd like! My website sat "dormant" for about 2 years, and I've finally started blogging again.. I will post some of my work then sometimes, and always tell what I've been doing crafty-wise, ect.. I also listed photobucket, which has a LOT of my work! Hopefully looking at this will help you see what kind of work I do so you'll know I will be okay for your swaps! I make cards to sell at our local Farmer's Market from May through October, so this keeps me busy. Thought I'd do the etsy store "off-season", but instead I made Christmas gifts! LOL Now I'm getting ready to start doing cards for the market again..

WISH LIST: Scrapbook/card related: I always need colorful brads, all sizes; ribbons of all colors & sizes; buttons; metal embellishments; rubons; stickles; flowers; stamps--love different sayings to use on cards; ink for stamps; pens; sports related stuff to use on my grandkids pages as well as western/outdoor embellishments. I LOVE buttons...all colors & sizes!! Reading: love the love inspired little paperback books any good clean romance (prefer Christian) Goodies: am a chocolocholic! Also like hard candies, gum, just about anything sweet... MY GOALS FOR THIS YEAR: 1. To get back on my healthy eating plan and finish loosing the weight I need to loose! (I have lost 112 lbs in the past 3 yrs and need to loose about 25 more) 2. To have a daily "quiet time" with the Lord 3. To use my "gift" of card-making to encourage others!
