Updated 05/3/2021 Hi. I’m back! I love music, coffee, tea, and crafts and love the idea of giving and receiving neat stuff from mail.

My Daughter graduated this year and just started work. Exciting times! She loves the Beatles, Queen and Rock, some pop and Jazz and musicals.

I love jazz, folk music, pop/ballad. Among my favorite artists include Stan Getz, David Wilcox, Workshy, Maroon 5, Adele, Paolo Nutini, Vance Joy, The revivalists and Lake street dive. I rediscovered the Dave Matthews Band. I like OPM, new songs, acoustic - Ed Sheeran, Hozier, Sara Barreiles.

I like craft books, self help books, fiction, non- fiction, cook books and even diet books. ;) I listen to Audio books. Few favorite Authors include - Robert Ludlum, Anna Quindlen. I love listening to podcasts - Wait, wait..Happier, Conan, Smartless and This American life etc

I probably haven't missed a season of Survivor and I still love it, Top Chef, Amazing Race, Bachelor, MAFS, now also Ru Paul’s. I like Jeopardy, late night talk shows. I liked Downton Abbey, Schitts creek, Offspring, travel and nature docs. GOT and Outlander!!

I love Chick flicks. Don't watch horror movies. Love the Guy from Music and Lyrics - Hugh Grant - I watch movies where he stars in. I also like Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks, Patrick Wilson and Colin Firth.

Oh Crafts! I started with cross stitching. I like cross stitching Hearts.

Next, fell in love with rubber stamping - I began buying supplies but never got to do as much as i wanted to. I love making greeting cards, love scrap booking. I like doing inchies and matchboxes, I love to make dotees and stuffed heart-shaped ornaments. I love vintage prints, letters, hearts. Currently into junkjournaling. I love watching youtube for tutorials .

Also did crocheting, knitting when I was younger.

And currently - filling up monthly junk journals using a travelers notebook, making cards with die cuts.

Favorites list:

games - scrabble, and other word games, pictionary, word with friends.).

Food - sweet treats, chocolates, love sushi, pastry, cakes. Drinks - coffee, espresso and teas. I like to try food from different countries or regions. FOR CHOCOLATE SWAPS: I prefer few small ones to try rather than a bar, if possible. I don't prefer peanuts in my chocolate (snickers is my least favorite), but I like other nuts and everything else.

Crafts - love greeting cards, i like dotee dolls (made my first one on 3/29/09), cross-stitch especially hearts, any crafts (cute, mini, unique ones), i like scrap booking, mini-albums and card-making, smash/junk journaling, making dotees, matchbox, pocketletters and flip books. Now also into altering altoid tins.

Hobbies - I collect stamps, I collect coins, sugar packets, matches, paper bills, napkins, stationery, pressed coins and playing cards.

Favorite color - Any will do really except too bright (neon) colors. I tend to prefer autumn colors for clothing but I like spring and summer colors as well. For dotees, no color preferences, unless there is a color theme.

I like anything Hearts - whether handmade stuff, stickers, vintage, stones, beads, prints, die cuts, fabric or felt ornaments. I also like birds and owls, and microscopes!

I love wildflowers. I like taking pics of flowers. I love insect/bug pics, mushroom pics. I like them in postcards, note cards, vintage prints, notes/stationeries, stamps, stickers etc. I love birds, plants - nature.

I appreciate anything handmade. I love scents, neat stuff. I love children's clothes. Cutouts from catalogs of anything you find really pretty.

Favorite season: Autumn and Spring

Dislikes: not much - just licorice flavored food. Although I tasted licorice flavored ice cream in Leavenworth, WA and I liked it. I like halloween stuff but not really the scary, weird stuff.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Microscopes, bugs, plants and flowers, mushrooms in form of stamps, die cuts, stickers, magazine cutouts or ephemera.

ATC's you want to part with - I'm thinking of starting to make and swap them but need ideas.

Current wishlist: - surprise me with anything unique - not really picky.

• embellishments, die cuts, tags, vintage print cutouts, rubber stamp images, used stamps, diecuts (any but i kind of collect flower diecuts)

• journal prompts, smasbooking stuff, old book pages/magazine cutouts, music sheets, labels, tabs, play/game cards or money, flash cards, old game pieces

• ephemera, ephemera, ephemera

• anything Paris, London, New York and Japan!

• extra samples of inchies, or paper scraps to do inchies. Things needed for matchbox craft.

• pressed coins, international coins, currency and stamps. Postcards are fine too.

• buttons that you pin on clothes (badges) - small sized ones.

• snackies, chocolate drink, juice, coffee packets.

I was flaked once, and my partner just disappeared from swapbot - so I did not get to rate her. It was one of the thrifstore finds swap and I really got a pretty one for my partner and I was excited to get one - but did not get any...sad. So to new swappers, don't do too much at a time. It can be stressful. My max at a time is 4, 5 if they are easy ones. Bottomline is you want to enjoy the experience for you and one who receives your swap. If you can't do it like say last minute things come your way, or you are too busy - send to your partner what you received, and send a note. There are no excuses for not being able to send one. ALSO, DON'T FORGET TO RATE as soon as you can. At least for me, I always am anxious to know if my partner receives the swap item/s, and I am excited to know how i did, always aiming for hearts. I am also waiting for the rating, so I can move on and pick another swap to do. (For my current favorite #stuff my mailbox - I wait til I receive all 20 swaps before I rate)
