3/20/2016 Hello everyone! Wow, it has been over three years since I darkened these halls. I have changed a bit on how I look at things. I am a little interested in returning. I hope I do not run into the petty people and only have fun. An update, I graduated with a BA in cultural anthropology and now am pursuing a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Blessings....teri
7/28/2012 Hi everyone! I am very tired of people that rate you poorly and then, when approached and asked why I was rated so low, the rater refuses to respond. Janell was the rater....she does not respond to why she rated me so low. For this reason, and many others, I am cutting way down on SwapBot. I have enjoyed it, but am tired of petty people that feel it their need to rate poorly, and not give you a reason why. Anyone that looks at my profile will see that I overdo and always follow through. So, I am only doing swaps privately, or with a group I am in . It was a fun ride, but seriously, can't stand petty and mean people. Thank you to everyone that has treated me so well, and the nice things that they have written. teri
I just started a new college! I was accepted to Ashford University! Along with my other two degrees, I will be attending Ashford to get a BA in cultural anthropology. Whewwwwww!!!! Wish me luck:0)
Just a note! As you can see by my profile, I often go above and beyond on my swaps....I love doing for others. If you do not receive something from me, please LET ME KNOW!!!! I will make it worth your while :0)

I am a 51 year old woman with two kids and two grandkids. I have been married for thirty years. I graduated from the College of Southern Nevada on May 23rd with two degrees, one in Anthropology and the other in General Studies. Now comes the hard part....finding a real job:0)
I like the color purple, hummingbirds, knitting, crocheting and a little sewing. I have a black lab named Bertie, a cat named Chiana, a lovebird named PP and two goldfish, Dale Jr and Tony Stewart.

Knitting and Crocheting
My mother and I knit Duduza (comfort) dolls for children in Kenya through an organization called "Spanda Inc". I also knit these dolls for Child Haven, which is the child protective services in Las Vegas. I also for the past two years have crocheted scarves for the Nevada Special Olympics team.
Update, have a charity in town where we crochet and knit hats and scarves and blankets for the three cancer centers in town. We also make these things for the Nevada Children's Cancer Association, Toys for Tark and two teenage mother homes.
I fall and all the colors associated with it. I love red and green, and gold. I love especially the autumn colors with the gold and burgandy and burnt orange and all associated with it.
I am always happy to see the creativity of individuals that are on Swap Bot. I am excited to be participating in this group:0)

Hi! I'm hosting the Small Christmas/holiday -swap and just want to remind that the last day to send off the cards is tomorrow 30 of Nov.. Please don't disappoint your partners and do send the cards on time. Thank you!
You’re invited! Come de-clutter your desk with us!?: “Desk De-clutter #7 USAâ€
I only wish I could afford the extra $20 at this time to buy one for my daughter, I will save up and get her one too, in time :)
After reading your profile I will be adopting at least one doll this christmas. This is something I can do with my children to make a difference in the world. I do not crochet but I can support it by purchasing a doll. Thank you for bringing recognition to this organization! Shanea
Teri, Received that overstuffed box of yours, was like opening a brithday present! So many different things. Loved the scarfs, very generous of you. Yes, the soap bag is idea for our homeless, those and our crocheted washcloths, will be an extra gift for them. And all of the fabric, you can be sure that will be used for one of the quilt tops. I appreciate all the hard work you did for this box of goodies. Thank You for making me feel extra special because of your gifts!!!
postcard #9- im really looking forward to you getting the card. Sorry for the slight delay i had surgery and have been recovering!
I just saw that you craft for charity. That's so great! I learned how to crochet on Sunday. So far I've crocheted three washcloths for Vasya, a Ukrainian orphan I sponsor. Now I have to crochet three for Sergei (another orphan I sponsor), too. My hands will be busy!
Sending "hugs" and prayers for you for your test on TUESDAY...
I'm terribly sorry to hear that you also suffer from Fibro. It's not something I'd wish on my worst enemy. If you ever need someone to vent to or even just talk just look me up. I understand exactly what it's like. :)
